Preview — "Verify the generated site at desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports before export." — renders the portal locally from the version's path catalog, in a browser frame whose address reads local preview · project · version. Desktop, Tablet and Mobile switch the width; the back button is disabled until a hosted preview URL exists. The preview uses the default theme, not the Theme Editor's session edits.

The page list reads "No pages yet. Document paths in the catalog to preview the portal." when the version has no documented paths, and "Preview is unavailable until the path catalog can be read." on an error. The viewport and selected page travel in the URL.

Try it live

Endpoint pages carry Try it live: Method, Request URL, Headers ("one Name: value per line") and Request body; Send; the Equivalent curl with Copy; and the response ("Send a request to see the response."). It issues a real request from your browser to the API base URL — "nothing is mocked or proxied" — and refuses an empty or non-http(s) URL, or a path parameter left as a placeholder ("Replace the name path parameter with a real value."). The workspace's Try it is the console that reaches Apiome's hosted mock.
